Description Michał D. (Emdek) 2008-10-05 08:42:08 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.1.2)

There could be created next clock (Plasma is all about clocks ;-)), that allows for fully custom date formatting using for example a strftime function, like in IceWM. This maybe could use Webkit to allow for use of CSS for advanced font formatting and inserting line breaks etc. User should have possibility to set refreshing rate (second, minute, hour etc.) or it could be detected once by checking for used date placeholders.

I've created clock that uses rich text and adjustable date and time format and additionally it has context menu to copy current date and time to clipboard (like in KDE3, bug #173162).

See bug 162368 - seems like this one here is a duplicate.
