Description Pal Körössy 2008-09-22 23:54:58 UTC
Version: (using KDE 3.5.10)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

This is the duplicate bug of 97925, 95615 and 131516 which are marked as resolved, but I still have this bug in KDE 3.5.10 and I don't know how to reopen any of them.
The problem is that Kmail still wants to open KWallet and store passwords in the Wallet again and again even if I tell not to use it. The only solution for me is to use Miguel Angel's patch attached to bug 97925 and recompile Kdepim packages every time when a new version comes out.

I found another duplicate which was not resolved :)

Reopening after a mail from the reporter. Sorry, I really thought those two bugs were duplicates. Now after reading your description again it's a lot clearer.

Reproducible on 1.11.2.
Comment 4 Pal Körössy 2009-09-21 23:05:12 UTC
Now I've been using KDE4 for a while which seems to be acceptable for now compared to KDE3.5. For me this problem have never been reproduced with KMail 1.12.2 or with its previous versions so Ruchir if you don't mind, I close this bug as resolved.
