Version:           0.5 (using 4.0.5 (KDE 4.0.5), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.24-19-generic

After executing krandr aka Resize and Rotate or executing the display settings in system settings in combination with my thinkpad docking station the resolution change to a very low resolution.
I have similar symptoms like Bug 161298.
- lower resolution than native one
- no taskbar available

Workaround: Avoiding krandr!

Can you still reproduce this bug with a recent KDE (4.1.4 / 4.2beta2 / 4.2rc1 / 4.2svn / 4.3svn) ? Thanks :)

I don't know whether this is genuinely a duplicate of Bug 166620, but it looks similar and we've got no further info from the reporter.
