i have enable the html toolbar in konqueror and moved it from its default place in between the url bar and the adress bar.

when i first open konqueror, and open or close a tab, the html toolbar is undocked and the adress bar is under the html toolbar. (or the html toolbar is over the adress bar)

well i just thought i might better lock the toolbars. but why is that happening any way ?

KDE 4.1.00 (KDE 4.1.0) (KDEmod) in ArchLinux i686:

I can reproduce this bug
Seems to be duplicated of 165910

Also, there are some toolbars position/settings issue in KDE4, described in bugs: bug 152266 , bug 167659.

Here using:

Qt: 4.4.3 + qt-copy-patches-889120
KDE: 4.2.60 (KDE 4.2.60 (KDE 4.3 >= 20090106))
kdelibs svn rev. 907834 / kdebase svn rev. 907837
on ArchLinux x86_64 - Kernel 2.6.27.10

I can't reproduce this bug. Indeed, a lot of toolbar bugs were fixed
