Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages

On kde 4.1 (with 4.0 this wasn't present) konqueror has a large amount of whitespace below the menu bar.

This isn't very apparent with the Oxygen style (but still there), but with other styles (like cleanlooks or plastique) it's very visible.
