What is selected in the View menu/view mode ? khtml or webkit ? khtml Could you disable the smooth scrolling and retry please ? (Settings/configure konqueror/web browsing at the bottom) Another question : Are you using a Nvidia video card ? If so, did you hack your configuration for Desktop effects ? Yes, I have nvidia video card 8600 GS but I working in 4.1 under kde4daily build on VirtualBox with VirtualBox addidtions. Have you experienced this bug again with a recent KDE version? (4.1.3 / 4.2beta2 / 4.2svn) ? Thanks :) html engine is KHTML. This is appears after rebooting whole system/laptop and Konqueror open back last remembered cards/tabs. Sorry, but this afect not disapear in latest build KDE 4.2
