lock/logout plasmoid: ability to set its orientation

Currently this plasmoid is too smart and resets its position with panel resize. In some cases it could be what user would want, in other it is not.

So please provide way (see: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=164687#c4 ) to set number or rows/columns how to set layout of buttons.

Just a heads up: this has been fixed in the latest source. Its more of a bug than a feature request. (Previous version of the applet had this functionality).
