I'm not able to take top region on the second monitor - you can see situation in this snapshot - http://www.abclinuxu.cz/images/screenshots/5/3/102535-store-for-snapshots-18740.png. Maximized application can do it.

this is actually not a plasma problem: we're reporting exactly the space we're using via net extended hints. there's a duplicate report for this one somewhere.

I tried to find duplicate bug but without result. What can I do for resolve this issue?
