This way user will see a uniform dialog all time (of course some option would be disabled).

There is another advantage -- the "what to show" option from classic style could be interpreted as "what to show (initially)" in kickoff which has a lot of sense.

integrate the settings from both styles => merge the traditional classic kde3 menu with kickoff

since I guess that's what you are reffering too, right? if not, then please choose a more describing subject cause "style" can be really everything. Thx.
