In Kubuntu KDE 4.1 Beta1 packages, konqueror starts with icons an text under them (see first screenshot). If I try to disable the text under the icons via context menu, the toolbar moves to the left "out" of the window (see second screenshot).
The only workaround I found so far was to change the alignment of the adress bar i.e. to right aligned. Than the main toolbar will be shown at the correct position. Now its not possible move the adress bar to the position next to the main tool bar again, as this would "push" the toolbar out of the window again.
After moving the adressbar under the main toolbar and then moving the toolbar down next to the adressbar, everything looks as it should.

I can confirm this bug using Konqueror 4.1.0 (Kubuntu packages).

I can reproduce the same bug with Kleopatra, where there is also a textfield in the Search Toolbar. The main toolbar is pushed out of the visible area when Text below the icons is turned off and the Search Toolbar is placed right of the Main Toolbar.

Same thing with the Fedora 9 KDE 4.1.0 packages. One time I managed to make the toolbar go crazy: The "HTML toolbar" in konqueror once again moved to the lower right under the "Location" bar. I moved it back next to the download manager.

After that the toolbar showed up in every KDE program I switched too. WTF?!
Unfortunately I didn't take a screenshot, but it looked really funny to see the HTML toolbar directly on the white background of the "konsole" window. If I tried to click or move it, the toolbar window disappeared, but came back when I switched applications again. Never seen something like that before :-)

Seems to be fixed in KDE4.1.3, tried it with Konqueror and Kleopatra, both work fine now.
