Description Stefan Berendes 2008-03-21 21:19:36 UTC
Version: 0.9.3 (using KDE 3.5.8)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages

In the Tags menu, the item "Create Tag From Usability" pops up a large menu with all my contacts from KAddressbook. Due to its size and position on top of the Tags menu, I can't get back to the other Tags menu items if I accidentally opened this submenu. The latter happens too often, simply by hovering the pointer some milliseconds too long over the menu item.

My request is to either have an option to disable this menu item or to transfer the contacts list to a separate window that opens only when the menu item is explicitly selected.

I agree with our point. Konversation has a nice dialog for
this.

Workaround I use: close the huge address submenu with 'ESC'.
