Yeah, same issue. When we get a vCard without valid UID we give them a
unique one, so when you download a vCard twice without valid UID
KAddressBook will show two vCards with different UID.

unable to try with KDE 3.5.8 because of bug 157083 any hints on this? The development of the old KAddressBook will be discontinued for KDE 4.4. Since the new application has the same name, but a completly new code base we close all bug reports against the old version and ask the submitters to resend there reports against the new product. |
