I am using KDE4 from a fresh compiled subversion snapshot in a machine with Twinview configured with the nvidia driver. 

In Konqueror I opened gmail, but gmail did not show OK. I chose to open gmail with firefox from Konqueror's menu, and then, moved the firefox from one monitor to the other.
