i.e. a protocol autodetection would be required (vnc/rdp) Protocol autodetections is quite complicated to implement. Do you think it would help if VNC is assumed as default protocol if none is defined? Sure, that would be fully sufficient for my own purposes. SVN commit 730854 by uwolfer: Try to recover unusable URLs (e.g. if the protocol is missing). Default protocol is VNC if none is set (this was also the default in KDE 3 times...). BUG: 151516 M +18 -0 main.cpp WebSVN link: http://websvn.kde.org/?view=rev&revision=730854 Krdc could also complete the protocol where the rest of the URL is a bookmark or can be found in the history. |
