Steps to reproduce:

1. create an empty document
2. add a numbered or unnumbered lists and enter sone lines
3. save the document in odt format
4. open the document in OpenOffice (2.3 in my case)

expectation: the numbered list appears as created and saved in kword
actual result: in OpenOffice the numbered list-tags seem to be ignored and the lines are shown as plain text

(This bug is maybe similar to bug #107820, but since the last update to this one was in 2005 I'll post a new bug here. If it's really an error in OpenOffice maybe someone should notify them in their bugtracker about it if not already done..)
