Version:           1.2.3 (using KDE 3.5.5, Debian Package 4:3.5.5a.dfsg.1-8 (4.0))
Compiler:          Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.18-4-686

In all mail folders except the "sent" folder, right-clicking on a message opens a menu with "reply" as first item. I often reply to my own messages and I'd gotten quite used to that menu in the previous versions of kmail. Can it be restored?

This bug was fixed in KDE4 until kmail 1.11.3 where you can't reply to mail in a sent mail folder again.

Sorry but just to be clear. Its not fixed in KDE 4.2.3

If its fixed in svn can you add a link to the commit or something.

This bug is fixed with KDE 4.2.4, see bug 189464 for details.
