Version:           1.9.6 (using KDE 3.5.6, compiled sources)
Compiler:          Target: x86_64-mandriva-linux-gnu
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.17-13mdv

In kmail when choosing "Forward->Inline..." it creates an attachment as doing "Forward->As Attachement...", so theres no difference and i remember, still not too long ago that when selecting "Forward->Inline..." it really created a "Forward inline" instead as an attachment...

I suspect this is the same as bug 105125.
