Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.5.6)
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

Please allow to do this --> purpose: shortcut settings in every KDE app.

For example now, there is no way to set shift+8 to trigger some action, and numpad * to trigger another. They are recognized as the same shortcut.
