support for emoticons in msn nicknames in chat windows, aswell as in the contact list on kopete... that'd be cool :P as well as wink support ?? any news about these features ?

I think they already are available, and for all the protocols (not only MSN).
Did you activate the emoticon support in Settings -> Configure -> Look & Feel -> Emoticon -> [X] Use emoticons ?
