Hi The pixel coordinates are available in the overview tab. For technical reason it was problematic to have them in the status bar in krita 1.6, maybe for 2.0 it will be possible thought. Maybe the color can be shown in the overview tab as well, but I wonder why it is usefull ? I know photoshop shows the color under the cursor in the overview tab. Confirmed then. I've also see deevad use this functionality in photoshop to check a cmyk file. The info should go in the overview tab. Having the coordinates shown when using the selection tool would be very helpful. I read this report and tried using the Overview tab but I'm still not seeing it. I'm only an occasional Krita user but I'm trying out Krita on Mac OS X and was surprised that there was not more feedback when using the selection rectangle, but it seems to be related to this issue rather than anything Mac specific. I had expected the rectangular selection tool to show the x,y coordinates and maybe also the height, width, and x2, y2 coordinates of the rectangle. I thought if it wasn't shown in the status bar this information might be shown in context beside the dotted lines/marching ants of the selection. So I'm hoping you can improve the amount of visual feedback and coordinate information for the various tools, even if that information is not displayed in the status bar. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 143278 *** |
