Description Richard Hartmann 2006-11-29 08:42:50 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

I would like to see a fourth option for handling cookies in addition to accept, deny, deny all: Accept for current session.

Sometimes you simply need to accept cookies from a site, but you do not want to be traceable once you are done with whatever you need to do.

If different instances of programs using HTTP should share this temporary cookie pool or not.. Dunno. That could be discussed here :)

In light of the impeding KDE4 release, I am going through all bug reports I am involved in. To the best of my knowledge, this issue is still open.

This can probably be merged with Bug #101236

I just saw this and 101236 being assigned to faure. Does this mean we can expect activity on this or is this just routine clean-up? Thanks for still caring about this in any case :)

I don't want to promise anything, there are so many bugs to fix....
What's for sure is that you'll have more chances of me doing something than Waldo, who left the project long ago :)
Maybe not before 4.1 though.

Maybe this could be closed as a dupe of bug 54300?
