When Kopete starts up, MSN, ICQ and AIM try to connect. MSN, AIM works flawlessly. ICQ tries to connect, but only shows the "connecting" icon. When I try again (click again on Online for ICQ), the ICQ plugins returns: "You have connected with the same UIN too often. ..." Occasionally the plugin connects, but I have found no indicator why it does ot doesnot. 

This is the output when I start Kopete from the shell, though I dunno, if that helps:
