Another solution: Let the user define the margins (or from another perspective: the view), and show only pages without those margines (show only view part of page). It could be done in 100% the same way as selection of text. The "KPDF" application is no longer maintained, and all tickets are now closed. We recommend to switch to the "Okular" application.
