It works fine for me. KMail offers suggestions for all misspelt (and usual) words. Apologies for statement "does not have a suggestion" I should not have included this as agree a suggestion is offered. It would be great to choose a system wide dictionary in a set-up as suggested and if not possible Kmail should offer a right click "add to dictionary" “ignore” “change ALL” Also in installation routine Keyboard layout does not equate to dictionary for Oceania. Here we use a US keyboard but the closest dictionary to our English is a UK dictionary. If I choose a UK keyboard the placement of the @ and $ and # are transposed so the keyboard shipped to Oceania is a US layout - however our dictionary closest match is UK Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented. Thank you for your understanding.
