KDE has a feature called focus-stealing prevention which will cause this. Works for me when following steps 1 and 2. Please given more detailed steps to reproduce. Lubos, As #1 points out you need to have focus-stealing prevention enabled. Can wallet be "allowed" to steal focus? Or focus-stealing prevention needs to be refined. The missing information is that IMAP folder must be initially selected, so that the kwallet dialog is shown before main KMail window is shown. KMail developers: Can you change KMail so that it first shows the main window and only then it starts popping up various dialogs? I'm not sure there even would be a sensible way of fixing this somehow with the password dialog shown and the main window still hidden. *** Bug 131774 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Bug #131774 actually has a much better description of the problem. *** Bug 135591 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** |
