Description Flo 2005-10-12 17:25:51 UTC
Version: 1.1.2 (using KDE 3.4.3, Kubuntu Package 4:3.4.3-0ubuntu1 )
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.12-9-k7

KMail lets me select text in eMails, but the Print dialogue won't allow me to choose to print only that selection. (I can only print the entire message, or certain pages). - The radio button for doing so is permanently greyed out. Is there a reason for this? This has bugged me for many versions of KMail, and I'm surprised it has not been resolved.

This is still not done in 1.9.1, so let's just say it's my most fervent wish for 2.0. I can't believe nobody else seems to care about this. What do you do when you get a long email from a friend, where he also mentions his adress. Do you print out the entire mail? I'd like to print some text selectively, just as the Print dialogue suggests in a greyed-out option.
