Description Max Kovgan 2005-09-10 12:36:43 UTC
Version: 1.3 (using KDE 3.4.2, Kubuntu Package 4:3.4.2-0ubuntu0hoary2 )
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.5 (Debian 1:3.3.5-8ubuntu2)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.12.4

When you play network stream some times ( see later when )
amarok gets into 100% CPU load.
The system load average rises very much ( I am on 2.6 kernel, so it is really high ).
Backtrace is a problem since the application takes over the CPU.

how to reproduce:
The behaviour is not always reproducable. maybe it relates the network load as described by a similar bug.

press any of the suggested streams, then, don't wait the stream to load and press another stream and then another, after 5-10 attempts amarok starts to behave stunned.
It must be threads synchronisation related, because the problem never occurred when playing 1 stream.

good Luck.
