This seems to be an encoding mismatch. By not declaring an encoding, the XML file is in UTF-8 and I suppose that the accent was not coded in UTF-8. Have a nice day! Thank you. The only problem is that the file was generated by kdevelop's new project wizard. I did not change a single line. I wish you a nice day, too. :-) Indeed.
