I very well aware of bug# 16480 and the huge discussion there, but may suggest that Inline-forwarding should be top-posted (including signature positioned on the top)? Even the Trim-Posting Manifesto <http://www.palmyanoff.com/trimpost.htm>, which is strongly against top-posting, admits that top-posting is generally accepted in forwarded messages.
