This file http://www.asponews.org/docs/Newsletter023.pdf and others in this dir does not display correct in kpdf. The first page is displayed, so I assume it's not a font problem. Subsequent pages are partly blank with a large "X" or stuck in the low resolution pixelised mode. The file does display in kghostviev, it did display in older versions of kpdf (kde-3.2.1 IIRC).

Hi, thanks for reporting that bug. The problem lies in rendering of patterns that kpdf code does not handles well.
