Description Martin Fischer 2005-02-11 22:18:19 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.3.2)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

hiya,

when i rotate pictures on digicam 0.7.1 on a suse 9.2, kde 3.3.2 level "a" it seems to work fine. but when i move the rotated picture to another folder the picture is broken. same, when i close digikam and start it again. the picture is completely filled up with zero's, when i look on it in a hexview.

now, i lost a lot of pictures and i'am not happy about it.. i use digikam for a long time and it was always my prefered application. versions smaller then 0.7 seems to work, because i never lost pictures by rotating it.

my pictures are stored on a nfs-server and my client's import this share.

regards, martin

fixed quite some time back. mmap was being used for file copy, and on some nfs implementations it breaks. regular file copying is used now. upgrade to recently released 0.1-beta2
