Description Mark 2005-01-31 23:38:08 UTC
Version: (using KDE Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources
Compiler: gcc 3.3.4
OS: Linux

It would be a nice touch if we could drag media:/ items to the Trash icon to unmount and eject them ala Mac OS... Maybe there are legal reasons we can't do this? (Can that be patented?)

Just a thought.
Comment 1 Mark 2005-01-31 23:38:50 UTC
At the moment it tries to delete the contents of the media:/ device... not necessarily good.
Comment 2 Kevin Ottens 2005-01-31 23:48:16 UTC
I won't implement this because that's a completely illogical behavior...
Trash is about deleting semantic, not umounting/ejecting.

Sorry, I'm not an Apple follower. ;-)
