Description Stefan Bogner 2005-01-31 12:07:42 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.3.2)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

Sometimes you have several sites/servers that use the same login/password combination ("single sign on"), it would be great if you could create groups in kwallet and change the login/password for the whole group rather than for every single related entry in kwalletmanager.

Thanks,
Stefan

I completely agree. In the corporate intranet it's real pain. I have about 30 web entries, IMAP etc. - all with same password which I have to change for every four weeks. It's real pain to walk through all entries and change all of them.

This request is sitting here for so much time... please implement it before my children grows old :) (for KDE 7 ?)

Comment 6 Christoph Cullmann 2024-09-14 16:17:43 UTC
Hi,

kdelibs (version 4 and earlier) is no longer maintained since a few years.

KDE Frameworks 5 or 6 might already have implemented this wish.

If not, please re-open against the matching framework if feasible or against the application that shows the issue.

We then can still dispatch it to the right Bugzilla product or component.

Greetings
Christoph Cullmann
