When the bookmark list is long enough to fill the bottom of the screen, it is shifted upward when displayed and then covers the menu bar and the title bar. As a result, when you click and release the bookmark item to display first the bookmark list, and then select the bookmark you want, the item which is under the mouse pointer at this time (which may be an unpredictable bookmark or the actions New bookmark folder and Edit bookmarks) is selected.
