Description Brian Beck 2005-01-19 19:10:47 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.3.1)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
Compiler: gcc (GCC) 3.3.5 (Debian 1:3.3.5-3)
OS: Linux

In the documentation for Kmoon ("KDE Help Center" -> "Applet Manuals" -> "Moon Phase Display" -> "Using Kmoon") it is explained that there are two ways to start Kmoon. One way is to go to the command line and type kmoon the other is to look for it in the K-Menu. The problem is that typing kmoon at the command line doesn't work, and I can't find it in the K-Menu. The method that is able to start Kmoon is absent from the documentation (Right click on an open area of the Panel, a context menu will appear, select Add, select Applet, then select "Moon Phase Display".)

So I guess if it's supposed to behave like this (that is only startable through the Panel) then it's just a documentation issue. (If that's the case I could rewrite that page)

Thanks.
