I found the start automatically checkbox after 3-4 weeks . Why is not a checkbox in the KOrganizer setup window for this feature??

Solved in KDE4 : Korganizer settings/General/System Tray tab there's a "Show Reminder Daemon in the System tray" box.

(As specified, it won't prevent the reminder daemon from running, it *just* removes the korgac's icon).
