There's some slight problems here, Chapter2, the Show All option doesn't seem to
be there anymore. Define keys seems to have changed to configure shortcuts. From
"Working w/ KMix", when you right click on kmix, there doesn't seem to be any
preferences, but the configuration dialog in kmix seems to do most of what is
said there. There is no longer a place in kcontrol to set options, not quite
sure where that went. Anyway, just look there, it's kind of hard to get a feel
for what's wrong, but there's plenty wrong there.
