Version:           0.8.6 (using KDE 3.3.1,  (3.1))
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.5 (Debian 1:3.3.5-3)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.9

No menu refrence for main kuickshow (when started w/out cmdline options). Configuration dialog needs some help, first tab has some help, second tab has none, slideshow is complete, last two tabs (viewer shortcuts and browser shortcuts) are totally missing.
This is comparing stable 8.6 against HEAD documentation.

Will start work on this doc, most of the omissions you note still seem to be present in 3.5.0
