Not sure the exact cause, but my resume renders (with the 2pg stylesheet) strangely when originally opened. It works, however, after a reload.

It's on my TODO to fix this. Anti-FOUC code + messy state management = unstyled content.

Can't reproduce this with KDE 3.5.7. It looks exactly the same after reloading.

Please feel free to reopen, if you can still reproduce this with a more recent Konqueror.

I think it works in KHTML now. Interestingly, Firefox 2 and 3 exhibit the same problem.
