This has irrated me for sometime.  I have no bookmarks and the 'New Shell at Bookmark' shows a thin (5 pixel) height by 50ish pixel width empty bar.
The 'New Shell at Bookmark' should be disabled if there are no bookmarks....

This is a minor issue; not going to bother for KDE3.  KDE4 will use xmlgui/liveui and likely a new bookmarking system... will take care of this there.
