With the introduction of the konqueror sidebar plugin a dependency of amarok for kde-base has been introduced. It would be nice to also introduce a configure switch to be able to enable or disable the compiling of the sidebar plugin like it is done for the variuos backend engines. So the minimal kde related requirements would remain only kdelibs and qt, which is interesting for those people that do not use KDE as a DE and want use amarok as a media player anyway.

A configure check has been added. The Sidebar subdir is only built when KDEBASE is present.
