Version:           1.0.0 (using KDE KDE 3.2.1)
Installed from:    Compiled From Sources
OS:                Linux

Plot a single curve in a single plot.
Bring up the curve dialog from the context menu.
Edit a curve attribute (e.g. change line type)
Hit OK

Notice that the curve is left unchanged. To see the changes to the curve you need to force a redraw by resizing or some other similar action.

New machine, new kde, kst builds, new OS, still can't reproduce.

Recent changes to the update code have fixed this problem.
