send to audioscrobbler only wholly played tracks, w/o use of fast forwarding (for example, i can listen to preview of the song that i'll dislike)

amaroK detects seeks, and does not submit in that case.

Audioscrobbler spec says:

- Each song should be posted to the server when it is 50% or 240 seconds complete, whichever comes first.
- If a user seeks (i.e. manually changes position) within a song before the song is due to be submitted, submission should be cancelled.
- Songs with a duration of less than 30 seconds, or more than 30 minutes should not be submitted.
