Works just fine here. Do you experience the same problem if you run mc in xterm?
Comment 3 Kurt Hindenburg 2004-11-25 16:11:50 UTC
Bug confirmed here using CVS/HEAD. Perhaps related to setting of PS1?

% echo $PS1
\[\033[0;32m\](\[\033[1;34m\]\u\[\033[1;32m\]@\[\033[1;34m\]\h\[\033[0;32m\])-(\[\033[0;36m\]$(date +%H:%M)\[\033[0;32m\])-(\[\033[0;36m\]\w\[\033[0;32m\])\[\033[0;36m\]>\[\033[0;37m\] \[\e]30;\w\a\]

OT: Interesting image; how do you get the +/- for new/delete tabs?
Comment 4 Georgi Ivanov 2004-11-25 16:32:19 UTC
Same in xterm.

Gartoon icons.

Same in xterm -> not a konsole bug then.

See bug 93375 for further explanation.
