Description Jaime Torres 2004-10-26 11:01:50 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.3.1)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
Compiler: gcc 3.4.1 -O2 -march=pentium3 -mtune=pentium3 -funit-at-a-time
OS: Linux

The text is hidden (I can not see it, I only see the underscores) from all the parts, including menus, contextual help, window properties when I start kpovmodeler.

But then, after launching glxgears and stoping it, I can see the text again.

The video card is a radeon movility with the Xorg 8 driver and opengl.

Thanks for such good modeler.

Seems rather a problem of your graphics driver.
Is that fixed after an update of your graphics drivers?
Comment 2 Jaime Torres 2005-06-01 11:24:35 UTC
Hello,

It still happens with the ATI Radeon Movile 9000 (with native OpenGL
support),
the latest X.org xserver and KDE 3.4.

But it does not happens with an S3 card (without native OpenGL
support).

Regards.
