Description Marc-Antoine Miville-Deschenes 2004-09-15 16:16:16 UTC
Version: 1.0.0_devel (using KDE 3.1.4)
Installed from: compiled sources
Compiler: gcc version 3.3 20030304 (Apple Computer, Inc. build 1495)
OS: Darwin (Power Macintosh) release 7.5.0

It would be useful to have the possibility
to have shaded markers, i.e. the plot background
turns grey when the event vector is ON.
Comment 1 Rick Chern 2005-05-19 21:02:04 UTC
Does this mean the plot background should change color whenever at least one plot marker is visible in the plot?
Comment 2 Nicolas Brisset 2005-05-20 09:24:35 UTC
I for one wouldn't like plot backgrounds to change color whenever a marker is visible! In that case, it would at least need to be configurable.
But I believe the request was for events (as defined in the event monitor) to trigger this color change, which probably makes this request related to #101823: in other words, when #101823 is implemented, I suppose we should have the possibility of trigerring a background color change.

This can be implemented with kjs if it is really wanted.
