Version: (using KDE Devel) Installed from: Compiled sources Now that we have the resources, we can do even better with the archiving. Right now, whenever I archive the old calendar entries, I manually make a file resource with the archive file. I have this in my resources: + Archive 2002 + Archive 2003 Both are normally inactive, but when I need to see an old entry, I just make them active and see them instantly. This works really well, but could be made automatic. For example, if you have set up archiving to archive old entries once every year, you could get a resource setup like this: + Archive - 2002 - 2003 This way you would easily get access to your old entries, without having to go about manually importing the archive file.

I do exactly the same. Your suggestion has never crossed my mind so far, but it would be really nice to have. We only have to make sure the archive is not set to active when archiving. otherwise all data will be lost (first it's copied to the archive, and then deleted from the calendar...) Reinhold
