Current filter actions do not allow the user to copy a message to a folder an still keep it in the inbox. "File into" moves the message and if you use two "File into" actions in a row the last one will take no effect.

For those of us who need to split ham from spam (and keep ham in a single folder for bayesian network training),   a filter action like "Copy message into" would be really nice.
