Description jamethknorth 2004-08-17 05:32:29 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.3.0)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources

When saving a file from the web (right-click an image or link, hit Save As...) the user is prompted twice to overwrite if a file of that name already exists. First, when the save dialog sees that the file exists, it asks the user about overwriting. Second, Konqueror will popup its own overwrite dialog, as used for copying/moving files, despite the fact that the user just stated that overwriting the file was alright.
Comment 1 Stephan Kulow 2004-08-17 10:12:53 UTC
that's kget you're seeing the second time
Comment 2 jamethknorth 2004-08-17 19:44:46 UTC
I'm not using KGet, so I suspect you're wrong on that. And I just double-check, while looking at the process table, and besides, it's very clearly the new Konqueror do-not-overwrite-on-move dialog.

I'm attaching a screenshot to clarify which dialog is coming up that second
time.
Comment 4 Urs Wolfer 2005-09-20 17:07:37 UTC
That's not a KGet problem.
Comment 5 Tommi Tervo 2005-10-03 15:17:45 UTC
