Description Michel Nolard 2004-08-11 16:58:11 UTC
Version: 3.2.2 (using KDE 3.2.3, (testing/unstable))
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.3 (Debian 20040422)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.6-meg-0.5

Hi all !

Try http://users.skynet.be/lthiry/index.xml

1. The encoding detection algorithm doesn't detect that it is a UTF-8 encoding, though it is written in the XML file.

2. When the encoding is manually set to UTF-8, the page still does not display correctly, while it does using FireFox (Linux and Windows) and Internet Explorer 6 (WinXP). The page is validated by the W3C system. It is an XML + CSS web page.

Apparently, UTF-8 XML + CSS stylesheet is too much for konqueror. I don't know where to start in the source code to find the solution, so I hope that you'll squash this bug !

Thank you by advance !

Chucky

XML encoding is now detected. XSL is still not implemented
